Because our offerings include an ecosystem of downloadable digital products, customized personal diet plans, and 1-on-1 consultations, our refund policy is structured to reflect the nature of these different services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Downloads (eBooks, Recipe Guides)
Due to the immediate, accessible nature of digital downloads, all sales of direct-download products (such as our โน299 Recipe eBook) are final.
- Once the digital file has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot issue a refund.
- If you experience technical issues downloading the file or if the file is corrupted, please contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase, and we will manually send you a replacement copy.
2. Personalized Diet Plans & Programs
Our custom diet plans (e.g., Weight Loss, PCOD/PCOS plans) require significant time, deep research, and analysis by our certified nutritionists to tailor to your specific metabolic profile and lifestyle.
- Before Delivery: If you request a cancellation before you have submitted your onboarding assessment or before our team has begun formulating your customized plan, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
- After Delivery: Once the personalized diet plan has been shared with you (via email, WhatsApp, or dashboard), we cannot offer a refund. The intellectual property and time investment have already been delivered.
3. The 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Online Courses)
We stand behind the quality of our structured educational content. For our specific premium offerings carrying the “7-Day Money-Back Guarantee” badge (such as the complete Online Course):
- You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund if you are not satisfied with the material.

We value both your time and the time of our nutritionists.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your live consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
- No-Shows and Late Cancellations: If you do not attend your scheduled consultation or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time, the session is forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
If your refund request is approved according to the terms above, it will be initiated immediately on our end.
- Refunds are processed directly back to your original method of payment (via Razorpay).
- Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credited amount to reflect in your bank account or on your credit card statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenโt received a refund within 7 business days of approval:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your financial institution.
