Refund and Cancellation Policy
At EatDietly, we are committed to providing highly personalized, evidence-based nutrition plans. Because of the customized nature of our services and the time invested in reviewing each client’s unique health profile, our refund and cancellation policies are as follows:
1. Consultation Cancellations and Rescheduling
Free Discovery Calls: If you need to reschedule your free 15-minute consultation, please notify us via WhatsApp at least 12 hours in advance.
Paid Consultations & Follow-ups: You may reschedule a paid consultation once, provided you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
